TERMS OF USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

• Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd will be able to use your Registration Data to maintain and operate the Website. You agree to

(ii) not knowingly use the name or email of any other Person without authorization to create an Account,
(iii) not use a profane, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate email or profile name or other Registration Data, and
(iv) not allow any third-party Person to use your Account login information.
(v) promptly notify Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd of any security compromise by sending an email to info@wisdombooks.lk.
• All activities done with your User ID and password, including costs, are your responsibility. As a result, we do not suggest that you share your Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd password with anybody else. You are responsible for all activities performed with your User ID and password if you choose to share your User ID and password or your information with third parties to provide you with extra services, and you should examine that third party's privacy policy. You may lose considerable control over your personally identifiable information if you lose control of your password, and you may be liable to legally binding acts made on your behalf. As a result, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediately change it.
• You will be solely responsible for all access to and use of this site by anyone using the password and identification originally assigned to you, whether or not such access to and use of this site is actually authorized by you, including without limitation, all communications and transmissions and all obligations incurred as a result of such access or use you are solely responsible for ensuring that the password and identification supplied to you are kept secure and confidential.
• You agree that you are responsible for any actions that occur under your Account, even if you did not initiate them. Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd is not liable for any Losses (as defined below) incurred as a consequence of someone else, with or without your knowledge, using your Account, Registration Data, or password.
SALES THROUGH THE WEBSITE
• The Website provides an online marketplace for Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd’s products, which includes books in all formats and related merchandise (collectively, "Merchandise"). You acknowledge that Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd’s merchandise is exclusively priced, sold, and delivered by Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd. Merchandise for sale includes descriptions supplied by the publisher, manufacturer, or distributor. When a customer purchases from Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd, they acknowledge that they have read the description of the Merchandise on the Website. Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy or completeness of such descriptions.
• A Customer may be required to create an Account in order to make a purchase on the Website. A Customer is responsible for any fees and charges incurred through their Account at the pricing listed on the appropriate Merchandise listing(s). Any fees and costs, including all relevant taxes, will be invoiced to the Customer, who will be entirely liable for all purchases made via their Account.
TERMINATION OF WEBSITE ACCESS
• Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of the Terms of Use and to take any action it deems necessary or appropriate, including, without limitation, reporting any suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties and disclosing any information necessary or appropriate to such Persons relating to Users' email addresses, usage history, and other information.
• Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd also reserves the right, at any time and under any conditions, to suspend or terminate your use of, or access to, the Website (in whole or in part), including, without limitation, if Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd believes in good faith that you have violated or acted inconsistently with these Terms of Use or any applicable policy.
DESCRIPTIONS OF THE PRODUCTS
Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd and its affiliates make every effort to be authentic. However, Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currentness, or error-free nature of the product descriptions or other material on this site.
DELIVERY POLICY
• We deliver to every location in Sri Lanka.
• A minimal delivery charge is applicable for all orders which will be determined by your delivery area. This information is displayed on your invoice before you check out.

• The shipping time for any book on our website varies from 3 to 45 working days.
• Orders confirmed on weekends and holidays will be handled the next business day.
PAYMENT METHODS
• We accept a variety of payment methods. Direct deposit to a bank is one of the alternatives. Payments made by direct deposit to orders are considered confirmed after they have been deposited to our bank account.
• For purchases that require payment before to delivery (all orders except cash on delivery), Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd will not proceed with the order until the entire payment has been received. Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd shall not be held liable for any processing delays caused by a payment delay. In the case of a payment issue, Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd maintains the right to pursue remedies, including but not limited to collecting funds from the order's receiver.
• Customers who place online purchases through the website will receive an invoice with the relevant order details via email after the complete payment has been received.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Only the customer has the ability to cancel an order. Furthermore, only orders that have not yet begun processing can be cancelled. In the case that order processing has begun, Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd maintains the right to refuse cancellation entirely or to agree to a partial refund. Any production or purchase costs incurred when the cancellation request was received would have to be recovered from the customer.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
• If a customer has a problem with a purchase made through Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd, the Customer may return the merchandise within thirty (30) days for a refund of the merchandise's purchase price, plus any applicable taxes, to the customer's original mode of payment. All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging, including shrink-wrapped items. No refunds will be granted for shipping costs. Each Customer package includes a packing slip with precise return instructions, but it is not a pre-paid shipping label. Customers will be responsible for arranging and paying for return shipment.
• Wisdom Books (Pvt) Ltd will reimburse shipping charges in the event that the bookstore makes a mistake. If, on the other hand, the return was not accepted due to a bookshop error, you will be fully liable for shipping costs. Similarly, if you sought to exchange the book, you would be responsible for the shipping costs. Furthermore, we will not be held liable for any delays caused by erroneous or misplaced delivery information, or delays caused by you in confirming payments made by direct deposit or bank transfers.
